What is Whiskdom Circle?
The Whiskdom Circle Membership is an exclusive program that offers members special benefits, including special pricing on coffee, cookies, brownies, and mains at Whiskdom and our affiliates.
Membership Enrollment and Duration:
The Whiskdom Circle Membership is available in three pricing tiers:
- Monthly: $19.90
- Quarterly: $45 (~$15/mth)
- Annually: $175 (~$14.58/mth)
Membership Privileges
What are the benefits included in the membership?
As a member, you can enjoy
- a regular-sized white/black coffee for just $2 throughout the day*. (limited to 3 redemption/day)
- 15% off bagels/mains** (limited to 3 redemption/day)
- S$5 each cookies/brownies. Have as many as you want.
- 20% off all other drinks option (limited to 3 redemption/day)
**The $2 coffee benefit is limited to 3 regular-sized black/white coffee per member per day. Every cup of coffee is crafted with Brazilian and Sumatra beans.
Do I have the option to change to alternative milk?
We're all about making your cup just the way you like it. If you prefer the creamy goodness of alternative milk, we're happy to make the switch for you. Please note that there's a small additional charge of +$1 for the alternative milk option.
Are there any restrictions on the bagel/mains benefit?
The 15% discount on bagels/mains applies to any bagel on the menu during regular business hours. You can redeem up to three bagels per day.
What coffee beans do you use?
Our coffee blend combines the smooth, nutty notes of Brazilian beans and the earthy, bold flavors of Sumatra beans, giving you the best of both worlds.
Can I combine Whiskdom Circle benefits with other promotions or discounts?
Whiskdom Circle benefits cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. The benefits are intended to provide unique advantages for our members.
Redemption
How can I redeem the benefits?
To redeem your benefits, present your valid Whiskdom Circle membership login or provide your registered email address at the time of purchase. This will allow you to access the special prices and offers.
Are the benefits applicable for online orders?
The Whiskdom Circle benefits are tailored for in-store purchases at the moment. Unfortunately, they are not applicable for online orders. However, we've got a special treat for you! As a Whiskdom Circle member, you can still enjoy our scrumptious cookies and brownies for delivery at S$5ea/S$21 for box of 6. Delivery fees apply. To order, simply send an email to hello@whiskdom.com.
Membership Cancellation
How do I cancel my Whiskdom Circle Membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on our website or by reaching out to our customer service at hello@whiskdom.com.. Cancellation requests must be made before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Upon cancellation, you'll continue to enjoy your membership benefits until the end of your billing cycle. However, once that cycle concludes, your membership benefits will no longer be active.
Is the Whiskdom Circle Membership transferable to someone else?
No, the membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?
Yes, you can change your membership plan (e.g., from monthly to quarterly) by contacting our customer service. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is the Whiskdom Circle Membership available at all Whiskdom locations?
The Whiskdom Circle Membership benefits are available at all participating Whiskdom locations:
- Whiskdom @ Galaxis One North
- Whiskdom @ One Raffles Place
- FYP @ Orchard Central
- Whiskdom North Bridge Road
Kindly note that only the bakery menu is available at the North Bridge outlet.
